The protagonist is driving from his pub crawl to the motel. During the trip, the protagonist receives a heart attack and wakes up in a hospital bed , which is in an ghost world. From then on, the phantom tries to keep the protagonist from the right path and block him with addiction. But if he turn away from getting up a chance and starting his life anew. He wake up as a new person, if not he dies.
